Why did you join GRS?
The flexibility of the degree really appealed to me along with the opportunity for outside-the-classroom learning.
Do you have a favourite course you’ve taken at UBC?
It’s probably a tie between PHYS 131 and BIOL 230! The course content was so interesting and it was conducted in a really organized matter that made sense to me.
If you could do anything (with unlimited funds) what would you do?
Travel to Taiwan to learn Mandarin, go film school and buy a farm!
Are you particularly proud of a time you were part of a community engagement initiative at UBC?
Last year I was involved with the Agrobot team and coded Arduino for some of the hydroponic towers which was really cool!
Do you have any hidden talents?
I can hypnotize chickens and train them to do tricks.
