Class March 14 (Pi day and more)

Tonight’s class featured Dr. Eduado Jovel and GRS student Jodi Gustafson.  Dr. Jovel bridges the gap between food and humans in his diverse research.  Check out the discussion board to join the conversation about tonight’s class. General GRS Updates:
  1. Class next week is cancelled as there are several sustainability related film screenings going on.
  2. The following class, March 28th, we will welcome a variety of GRS alumni to share
  3. Friday, March 23: Story making at the Global Lounge.  Come discuss how our collective stories weave together on an international level.  This is also World TB (tuberculousis) day.
  4. Several of you have recently asked about participation requirements for the semester.  This semester the number is four, you can get these by completing your 5 Year Plan, participating in the GRS discussion board, or posting on your own blog.  Please make sure that I have your blog address, it should be visible under “GRS Blogs” on the homepage of this site.
