Trade, Aid, and International Health (HESO 449B 002) is a Student Directed Seminar scheduled for term 2 of the 2009/2010 winter session at UBC. The complex relationships between trade, aid, and global public health will be explored in the course. As a class we will work to understand how the current global system works in these three fields. We will explore different approaches that have been suggested to explain current trends and use case studies and team style learning to explore ways and outcomes of the past, and suggest changes for moving forward.
