Looking for an education that will prepare you to make a difference in your community, country and the world?
The Global Resource Systems (GRS) program at the University of British Columbia allows students to interact with global communities. Undergraduate students study science in the context of a region of the world, gaining an understanding of agricultural and natural resource systems from an international and interdisciplinary perspective. The curriculum involves a “double major”—specializations in a resource and a region.
The program is learner-centred, allowing students maximum flexibility to take charge of their education. They graduate with international understanding, problem-solving skills and a sense of their place as partners in creating a sustainable world.
