Why did you join GRS?
I wanted to be able to get a diverse education and immerse myself in various subjects of interest with the ability to easily connect with other GRSers. So far, this is exactly what I have experienced!
Do you have a favourite course you’ve taken at UBC?
I haven’t taken too many classes yet, but one of my favourite classes right now is ENGL244 (Environmentalism and Ecology in literary texts); creative writing is definitely not my forte, but I love it.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the classroom?
I spend A LOT of time singing and playing piano as they are two things I’m very passionate about. I love singing most genres but especially rock and songs in other languages.
