Help, I can’t log in to the discussions!

Over the past few days I’ve gotten quite a few emails about difficulties logging in.  While occasionally it’s because the password for discussions has been forgotten, more often it’s related to the fact that commenting is only allowed for subscribers of this site.  That in combination with the password means we get almost no spam, a common issue for blogs.  It also keeps the discussion contained to GRS students and instructors. How do you become a site subscriber?  You need to be a GRS student or instructor.  In September, around the 20th, every student registered in GRS was sent an invitation from WordPress to become a subscriber.  That invitation has been resent to students who had not accepted it as of December 20, 2012.  Since it’s from an unfamiliar WordPress account, check your junkmail incase your email server filtered it out.  You need to accept the invitation in order to comment.  Don’t panic, this is a relatively quick and painless process.  Even if you don’t need any more participation marks for the term, please take a moment and accept the invitation now so that you can comment in the future.  Enjoy your winter break, see you in January. ***Due to technical difficulties, student blogs are not yet visible on this site.  As long as you’ve emailed Alisha the link to your blog, your posts will be counted.  We hope to have this fixed soon so that you can read each others blogs***
