We will be hosting a workshop on the 3rd Saturday of each month to introduce participants to various urban agriculture topics. Join us March 20th for the first of this series

1. Introduction to Growing in Small Spaces (March 20 2-3pm)
With Tara Moreau
This introductory workshop will teach you what you need to know to grow effectively in small spaces. Learn about vegetable families, planting schedules, organic techniques, companion-planting, seed-starting and more.
Facilitator bio: Tara Moreau has a MSc. from Dalhousie University and the Organic Agriculture Centre of Canada (OACC) and a PhD in the Faculty of Land and Food Systems at the University of British Columbia. She is an avid grower and food security advocate.
Cost: suggested $10 donation
